Desktop Critters !! This is actually a package of three separate items (which may be combined in some future release). Eyeballs gives your menubar eyes, while Bigfoot creates a pair of feet that walk around your desktop. Eyeballs and Bigfoot are both INITs - just drag them into your System folder and reboot. I believe these are all virtually bug-free. I've been running with Eyeballs and Bigfoot on my machine for some time now. Eyeballs may experience difficulties on a small screen (e.g. 512, +, SE, SE/30), and possibly even on larger screens, if the menubar gets so full that there isn't room for the eyeballs to fit. However, it will not crash in any case. Eyeballs' animation gets jerky in MultiFinder, but this isn't really my fault. I may fix that at some point. Bigfoot will walk over the windows of background applications in MultiFinder, which can occasionally cause problems with updating (although not often). It never causes crashes, however, only small screen inaccuracies. Eyeballs and Bigfoot can run on any machine that supports INIT files (I think that's System 4.1 and up) as far as I know.
