The game does not start
Mac OS X Users:
Make sure you used stuffit expander 8.02 or higher to decompress the game.
If you also have Stuff it deluxe install you must also update it to 8.02 or
higher.
Microsoft Windows users:
Make sure you have your openGL drivers are up to date.

for a tutorial on how to update your drivers.
I can't complete a level, it seems impossible!
We tested all the levels, if you have any difficulties, please post your

I just bought the full version and my code doesn't work!
Make sure to type the name exactly as shown on the receipt.
I bought the game but it only lets me play the demo levels and doesn't go
further.
Please make sure you've typed the exact first name and last name and code given
to you upon receipt of your purchase. Do not use accents, apostrophes, commas,
hypens, periods, etc.
24 hours have passed and i still haven't received my code!?
Make sure your spam blockers didn't block the emailed receipt (with your
code) - there's not much we can do in this case because we do send receipts
but in some cases, our emails are blocked and you don't receive them (and are
not sent back to us). Send us an email and we will re-issue you a code. (Please
allow your spam filters to receive email from us or we won't be able to reach
you.)
