You can drag a structure item to an empty cell from the Structure window. You can also use copy and paste or option/drag. You can't put a structure item on a cell that already has track on it.

You can rotate or flip a structure item by dragging or by using the shortcut key or contextual menu. If the cell represents Elevated track, you can set its elevation.
