
BitlBee brings IM (instant messaging) to IRC clients. It's a great solution for people who have an IRC client running all the time and don't want to run an additional XMPP/facebook/discord/whatever client.

This BitlBee build currently supports XMPP/Jabber, Discord, and the Twitter microblogging network (and GNU social) out of the box.

The tiger version requires this be installed to function:

Then install the bitlbee-3.6-discord-tiger.pkg 
Install to Tigers HD (don't install on other partitions or drives)

NOTE: Due to a linking error and my lack of time to fix it properly, copy the included
libglib-2.0.0.dylib to /opt/macports-tff/lib

To run it:

sudo /opt/bitlbee/sbin/bitlbee

Now connect your favorite IRC client to 127.0.0.1 and set up your accounts.
