/*title_start*/Symmetry/*title_end*/

/*text_start*/When editing a 3D object, you can mirror and/or repeat sculpting actions across the X, Y and/or Z axes. A common use of symmetry is sculpting animals and humanoids which have a left and right side that are mirror images of each other.

Symmetry options are located in the \C020202Transform\C484848 palette when a 3D tool is selected. Here's a description:

\C020202Mirror (>M<):\C484848 Pressed by default, this determines that actions are reflected across axes. If un-pressed, actions are shifted across centerlines.

\C020202>X<\C484848, \C020202>Y<\C484848, and \C020202>Z<:\C484848 Axis selectors.

\C020202Radial (R):\C484848 Actions are repeated around the selected axes instead of mirrored across them. \C020202Radial Count\C484848 determines the number of times actions are repeated.
