/*text_start*/By default, 3D objects drawn on the ZBrush canvas are orthographic, without perspective foreshortening. The Draw palette offers two ways to simulate perspective.

When the \C020202Perspective\C484848 button is activated, objects are drawn so that they taper off toward the back clipping plane. The higher the \C020202Distort\C484848 value, the stronger the tapering effect. With this type of perspective, each object has its own vanishing point.

\C020202Global Perspective\C484848 gives the same vanishing point to multiple objects. It is activated by holding the \C020202Shift\C484848 key and clicking the \C020202Perspective\C484848 button. You can then set the vanishing point by holding the Shift key again and dragging from the \C020202Distort\C484848 slider onto the canvas. Global perspective must be activated for each object.

Note that perspective can only be activated when an object is first drawn on the canvas, or while it is in a \C020202Transform\C484848 mode. In addition, it is temporarily turned off while in \C020202Edit\C484848 mode.
