To select a shader, click the \C020202S1\C484848-\C020202S4\C484848 buttons at the top of the \C020202Modifiers\C484848 sub-palette. All available modifiers for that shader are displayed.

Many materials contain the same \C020202Basic Material\C484848 shaders with different settings. Other materials have unique shaders, usually located in the S1 position.

At the bottom of each shader there are \C020202Copy\C484848 and \C020202Paste\C484848 buttons. These allow you to copy all shader modifiers and settings, and paste them into any other shader, even inside other materials. When pasting, the new shader always replaces the selected one; new shaders are not added. For this reason, the Material palette contains materials with different numbers of shaders, ready for customizing.
