Using a feature called \C020202Selective Mesh Visibility\C484848, ZBrush enables you to hide all but the portion of the mesh you're interested in. This features works closely with assigned Polygroups.

In this step, we'll match the Polygroups to each texture region. The \C020202UV Groups\C484848 button reads the UV texture information in the imported model, and assigns a separate Polygroup (each with a different color) to each region.
