Now, a wealth of innovative sculpting tools are available to sculpt this object.

While the default \C020202Draw Pointer\C484848 is selected (keyboard hotkey '\C020202Q\C484848'), a number of unique editing brushes are available in the Transform palette. By default the 'Standard' brush is selected, which heaps bulk onto the model's surface within the Draw Size radius, or removes bulk while the Alt key is pressed.

Switch to \C020202Move\C484848 mode, and the cursor becomes an interactive deformer, pushing and pulling portions of the mesh beneath the Draw Size radius. Setting the Draw Size to a small number makes this tool an effective single-point mover.
