Purpose of the NT Cleanup Kit 4.0:

For cleaning up registry keys, removing environment variables, and shutting down services in the event of a failed Yellow Box or WebObjects 4.0 installation or uninstallation.

How to use the NT cleanup kit:

0) Launch the uninstaller (located in the product's program group and denoted by the name "Uninstall" followed by the product name) and restart the machine after the uninstaller finishes.
NOTE: If you have already gone through the uninstallation process or no longer have an uninstaller item, continue with step 1.
1) Copy the UninstallWO4.0 folder to the machine's local drive.
2) From NT Explorer, launch sh.exe from the UninstallWO4.0 folder on your local drive.
3) At the Bourne shell prompt, type: ./sh cleanup.sh
4) Verify that nothing unexpected failed during this process.
5) Reboot your machine.
6) Manually clean anything that you want off of the filesystem (e.g. NEXT_ROOT, cgi-bin/WebObjects*, doc-root/WebObjects, TEMP/WebObjects*).

Your NT machine's environment and registry should be totally clean of any WebObjects and Yellow Box entries at this point.

NOTE: This presumes that you have installed WebObjects or Yellow Box by itself. Uninstallation for installs of WebObjects on top of OpenStep or Yellow Box and vice versa are not supported.
