Purpose of the NT Cleanup Kit 3.51:

For cleaning up registry keys, removing environment variables, and shutting down services for older versions of WebObjects and OpenStep Enterprise.

How to use the NT cleanup kit:

0) Launch the uninstaller (located in the product's program group and denoted by the name "Uninstall" followed by the product name) and restart the machine after the uninstaller finishes.
NOTE: If you have already gone through the uninstallation process or no longer have an uninstaller item, continue with step 1.
1) Copy the UninstallWO3.51 folder to the machine's local drive.
2) From NT Explorer, launch sh.exe from the UninstallWO3.51 folder on your local drive.
3) At the Bourne shell prompt, type: ./sh cleanup.sh
4) Verify that nothing unexpected failed during this process.
5) Reboot your machine.
6) Manually clean anything that you want off of the filesystem (e.g. NEXT_ROOT, cgi-bin/WebObjects*, doc-root/WebObjects, TEMP/WebObjects*, .OpenStep).

Your NT machine's environment and registry should be totally clean of any WebObjects and OpenStep entries at this point.

NOTE: This presumes that you have installed WebObjects or OpenStep by itself. Uninstallation for installs of WebObjects on top of OpenStep and vice versa are not supported.
